Position Summary:

The individual in this role will fill a key position in daily office operations and work with all levels of the company organization. This person must be professional, have solid organizational skills, an attention to detail and possess strong communication, phone and computer aptitude. The position will include a variety of tasks to manage on an ongoing basis. Key Functions:

· Office Administration.

· Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments.

· Resolve customer issues effectively.

· Communicate with customers on the phone and by email.

· Follow up with customers via phone and email.

· Call out to customers regarding past due bills as needed.

· Serve as a point of contact for questions or concerns regarding their account, bill, etc.

· Maintain customer records and update account information.

· Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, databases, files, etc.

· General office duties such as putting together paperwork and filing, copying.

· Process and inspect invoices.

· Process mail.

· Daily Banking. Prepare and process bank deposit.

· Be willing to work outside of initial job description as needed.

· Provide general clerical/administrative support to management, sales and other office staff.

· Assist Sales, Account Managers, Project Managers, Schedulers and Executive Assistant as needed.

· Work independently.

· Any other tasks associated with helping the office stay organized, run smoothly and efficiently.

· Identify and implement opportunities for improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

· Dependable and prompt.

· A team player that is a self-motivated independent worker, has strong organizational skills and is efficient with their time.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.

· Ability to multi-task, take initiative, work under deadlines and prioritize work assignments.

· Accuracy, efficiency and attention to details.

· Ability to handle confidential information.

· Strong computer and internet skills.

· Must be friendly, courteous and have a positive attitude.

· Self-starter, quick learner.

· Excellent typing skills.

· Professional phone etiquette.

· Strong experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Experienced at filing, data entry / processing.

Basic Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent combination of education/experience.

· Minimum 6 months of office, administrative, and/or related experience.

· Previous customer service experience is a plus.

· Professional attitude and appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Victoria, MN 55386: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
